Www.villas-in-tuscany.it is the property of Hill Town Tours srl, a tour operator specialized in promoting and negotiating weekly rentals of privately owned properties, including apartments and villas, in the name of and on behalf of the property owners.
To complete a reservation, HTT requires a signed rental agreement with the terms and conditions of the booking and a deposit via wire transfer that is equal to 30% of the total cost of the booking (non-refundable). The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit copy of the proof of payment from the bank by email, after which the confirmation voucher will be sent to you by email.
The remaining balance is due prior to 60 days from the arrival date. In the case of a last minute request within 60 days of the arrival date, the full payment should be paid at the time of booking.

We are happy to assist you in reserving your experience and organizing extra activities for you. Our staff is readily available during your entire stay with concierge services.
In the case that Hill Town Tours is forced by events beyond their control to cancel a lease with a specific property, HTT reserves the right to assign the client to a similar property. Upon acceptance of the alternative property, the client acknowledges his full agreement to the new lease and agrees to forfeit any right to possible repayment of expenses.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost will be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation between 60-30 days before your arrival, 50% of the total cost will be retained. For cancellations under 30 days, the entire amount will be retained.
The National Guarantee Fund (governed by law 206/05 art. 100 of the new Consumer Code) was instituted to protect consumers travelling in case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the vendor (tour operator or travel agent) and allows a reimbursement to the consumer for the price paid for the trip (the reimbursement is limited to the part of the trip paid and not yet used).
Hill Town Tours is in accordance with all applicable laws (International Convention on Tour Contracts C.V.V. endorsed by Italian Law no. 1084 of 27.12.77 and C.E.E. Directive 90/314 of 13.06.90) and in order to safeguard its clients, has stipulated the following insurance with the Allianz-Ras group: Policy for public liability to all clients of tour programs or holiday leases in accordance with Art. 13 of The Regional Law of Tuscany no.16/94 and subsequent changes as approved by the Regional Council of Tuscany, minute no. 5823 of 30.05.94.
