Appartamento Magnolia is a spacious apartment in the historic center of Cortona. Located on the second floor of an 18th century’s building, at the entrance you can find a big window that overlooks a glimpse of the valley and a centuries-old magnolia tree, which gives the name to the apartment.
The atmosphere of the apartment refers to the rustic Tuscan culture of past centuries with the furnishings, lighting and decoration of the walls.
There is a large living room equipped with all comforts and a luminous and rustic dining room. On the same floor you can find an equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table and a kitchen counter with four burners, oven, double sink, dishwasher and washing machine.
Via a few wooden steps you access the sleeping area, where there is a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be made double), and two bathrooms with shower.
