This charming villa is located in Cignano, a small village near the beautiful Cortona, Tuscany. It is perfect for a family or a small group (8 people). The marvelous vineyards in front of the villa and the incredible grove behind the house makes the villa surrounded by greenery.
The villa spreads over 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, a dining room and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together and one bedroom has 1 king-size bed. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The living room is on the upper floor as well as two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
Outside you will find a well-curated garden, a BBQ area, and a large private swimming pool with lounges. This unique setting is perfect for exploring Tuscany and also enjoying a peaceful holiday immersed in nature, breathing fresh air.
