This beautiful villa, dating back to the 18th century, was built using the Tuscan stone and brick on the exterior, with typical wooden beams and terracotta tiles on the interior. It is located right in the heart of the Valdichiana, in the small village of Ronzano, with a spectacular view of the valley that extends from Montepulciano to Arezzo, and in the distance, you can admire the charming hillside town of Cortona.
The villa can hold 10 guests in its five double bedrooms (one has the possibility of twin beds), all with ensuite bathrooms and AC, and one additional bathroom. Four of the six bathrooms are with showers (one is a service shower) and two are with a bathtub. Divided over two floors, the ground floor holds a relaxing sitting area where you can gather around the fireplace with a glass of wine. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen as well as an open dining room. Two of the bedrooms are on this floor, while the top floor holds another two stylishly decorated bedrooms.
Just a few steps away, there is an annex with the fifth double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there are three covered lounge areas, a luscious garden, and a lawn with a private swimming pool. This is the perfect way to truly rejuvenate and soak up some of that famous Tuscan sun!
