The main apartment is spread over three floors linked by a modern crystal and steel staircase. On the first floor, the open space living area consists of a large well-equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge and dishwasher) and a bright large dining/living room with old stone fireplace and stereo system.
On the second floor, the sleeping area consists of a huge double bedroom with a view over the buildings of Cortona, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a twin bedroom, which is connected to a double volume where another bedroom with French-size bed is located.
On the third floor, which is a mansard floor, there is a lovely reading room with a sofa bed and a view over the town and the valley, and a nice bathroom with shower. Thanks to careful renovation works, by using light-color wooden floors and a well studied use of glass walls, the loft offer a refined and young-style apartment with lounge spaces for an endless relaxation. The accommodation represents the ideal solution for a romantic stay or for a relaxing vacation surrounded by the ancient city walls of this well renowned Etruscan town.
