Villa Liliana is a wonderful 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom property that is perfectly located so you can enjoy the spectacular views of the beautiful valley below, while at the same time remaining just a short 10 minute drive away from the Etruscan hill town of Cortona.
The villa is composed of two buildings. The larger building has a spacious entrance hall leads into a spacious living/dining room as well as one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, all located on the ground floor. The kitchen, which was once the original clay oven dating back to the 1800s, is fully equipped with all essential household appliances and amenities. Heading up to the first floor you will find two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with amazing views of the landscape.
The second, smaller building is accessible through an external stone staircase to get to the first floor, with a covered terrace and two big living rooms, one with a fireplace and the other used as a dining room. This also has a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room. Here there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a lovely wide veranda with a large table and a grill, perfectly suited for enjoying an aperitivo or meal with breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. The private swimming pool, once the antique water reservoir for the property, is surrounded by a lovely green garden with typical plants, shrubs and flowers of the region.
