This 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home is a beautifully restored farmhouse that delicately balances old tradition with modern comfort, creating a simple yet elegant environment.
Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The other two rooms have queen size beds that can also become twin beds, and share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, with two dishwashers and fridges. There is an outdoor dining terrace with a barbecue, for enjoying meals outside in the fresh, open air. There are four large living areas with ancient fireplace and wood burning stoves, making cosy, perfect spaces for gathering together with friends and family, or spending time on your own, relaxing with a good book.
Freshen up with a dip in the exquisite, stone-lined pool, nestled among the olive trees with a magnificent view of Cortona and the surrounding landscape. There is a small pool house with a bathroom and fridge. The garden has been carefully curated and is full of beautiful color and scents, from rosemary and lavender, to rose and jasmine. For those who want to move a bit, there is a gym with top of the range equipment, including a running machine, cross-trainer, and full set of weights. Outside, there is a ping-pong table as well as a petanque court for playing boules while catching the last rays of summer sunshine.
