Villa Nello

Cortona 8 4 4
Above the wood oven is engraved 1781. Villa Nello was restored in 2001. Villa Nello is a beautifully restored villa, nestled into the hillside near Cortona, the town from the book and film Under the Tuscan Sun. The ground floor is home to a large entrance hall, a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a large outdoor terrace with a dining table, where you can gather to enjoy meals while admiring the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. You will also find a laundry room and bathroom on this floor. Heading upstairs to the first floor, there is a living room with access to a small, covered outdoor veranda, as well as two double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. One more floor up, you find two additional double bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom has an adjoining bathroom just outside. Take a dip to cool off in the private swimming pool, surrounded by a splendidly curated garden, amongst the olive trees with an amazing view overlooking the Valdichiana.
