This gorgeous villa takes its name from the small village of Ronzano where it is located. Built using the old, traditional Tuscan stones, this house has been recently and lovingly restored, creating a beautiful space immersed in nature, far from the traffic and noise of cities or towns.
The 5-bedroom / 6-bathroom villa is divided into a main building and an annex, and the entire property can accommodate up to 10 guests. The main house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a great sitting area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine on the sofa, in front of the charming fireplace. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a delightful open dining room, as well as a half bath. The first floor offers astounding views over the valley that extends from Lake Trasimeno to Arezzo, and in the distance you can admire the Etruscan hill town of Cortona. There are four stylishly decorated double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The interior ceilings are beautiful with large wooden beams. In the nearby dependance you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Heading outdoors, there is a beautiful covered lounge area for dining in the open air with the breathtaking Tuscan landscape as your backdrop. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax with a great book in the green, spacious gardens. There is also a spa available, with a heated jacuzzi and Chromotherapy shower, lounge area and changing room.
