Villa Sole is nestled into the hillside in a beautiful, secluded location, surrounded by olive trees and just a short 5 minute drive from Cortona. Recently renovated in a style that retained the original character of the villa, with its traditional wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles and large open stone fire place, but also incorporated simple but luxurious touches in the decor of the six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Spread over three floors, the ground floor has a small sitting area, three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a recreation area offering gym facilities, a spa and a sauna. On the first floor there is a small kitchen with a large oven and dishwasher, dining room, and a living room with its original stone fireplace where you can cosy up with a glass of wine. There are two additional bedrooms, one double and one single, with a shared bathroom. The top floor has a double bedroom with a bathroom.
Outside there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a wood fire oven, BBQ, sink and a dining area with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. There is a spacious garden, terrace, lounging area, and an infinity pool positioned above the house where you can again take in the views of the surrounding Tuscan landscape while enjoying the absolute privacy of the property, fully immersed in nature.
