Villa San Pietro is an 18th century Tuscan stone house that is surrounded by olive trees, with lovely views across the valley below. Nestled into a secluded and quiet location, you are fully immersed in nature with trails and paths that are lovely for taking walks in the fresh air, all the while being located just 5 km from the hill town of Cortona.
Having been recently renovated, this stunning property provides all new amenities that you might need for a comfortable stay. The 5-bedroom / 5-bathroom villa is spread over two floors and an annex, and can host up to 10 guests total. The ground floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and separate dining room, a large sitting room as well as one of the double bedrooms with bathroom. On the first floor there are three additional double bedrooms (one can be a twin) all with ensuite bathrooms. Outside the main house, there is a separate annex with another double bedroom and bathroom.
In the large garden, there is a swimming pool where you can cool off from the Tuscan sun, or lounge and enjoy good company on the terrace, all of which are illuminated at night. There is also a wonderful limonaia (conservatory) constructed from wrought iron and insulated glass that is perfect for a relaxing break during the day, with a book or afternoon tea, or of course for late afternoon and evening aperitivo!
