Villa Ruffignano is a large luxury villa that dates back to the 16th century, and that has been recently renovated in a style that harmoniously intertwines traditional Tuscan characteristics with all modern comforts that you need. With breathtaking views over the mountains and valley, the villa is nestled into a private oasis of around 100 hectares, surrounded by natural beauty. The secluded location is ideal for relaxing in absolute peace and leaving behind the chaos of your daily routine.
The villa is spread over three floors, with a ground floor that consists of a wine cellar, a large living room area with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area to enjoy those Tuscan meals, and a large fully equipped professional kitchen, as well as a bathroom. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, with another living area, and on the top floor, there are another four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Spend time exploring the beautifully manicured garden area, which is terraced with three different levels, with different lounge areas to sit with a book or enjoy a glass of wine. On the bottom level, there is a private pool with stunning views over the valley and you do some walking to explore the nearby woods. There is a dining area where you can enjoy meals outdoors, in the open air. A chef is available to treat you to mouthwatering Tuscan meals, using fresh local produce, creating an atmosphere that truly is like your home away from home.
