Villa Montalla is a beautifully restored villa just 10 minutes away from the town of Cortona.
The villa develops over 2 floors, and on the ground floor, you will find one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, dining table and direct access to the limonaia, used as the main dining room. A large dining table with 10 seats can be found in the limonaia.
On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an additional living room.
The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located in the annexe and they share a private external bathroom.
The villa has a total of 3 living rooms making it the perfect location for large groups of people.
Outside, the large curated garden offers a spectacular view of the Etruscan town of Cortona. A seasonal swimming pool is also available. The swimming pool is not heated.
The historic centre of Cortona is a 10-minute drive with all services (bars, banks, supermarkets, museums, etc.), Camucia with large supermarkets is 3 km, the padel and tennis courts are 2 km, and the municipal indoor swimming pool is 2 km.
