Il Biancospino is ideal for families and small groups who would like to spend their holiday far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is surrounded by mountains among oak and chestnut trees.
The typical Tuscan 2-story house is connected by an external stone staircase. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, smart TV, and an American coffee machine.
The entrance on the first floor is via the external staircase. There is the living/dining room with a sofa bed and fireplace, three double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with a shower.
The swimming pool (5x10) has been built in a panoramic position in the large garden surrounding the villa.
The house is equipped with a barbecue, tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining and for the exclusive use of guests.
Guests are invited to visit the farmhouse just 2 km away from the villa, where several animals are bred and local products are produced. They can be tasted and purchased!
