Apartment Atena is located in the heart of the historic center of Cortona. It has been renovated combining the traditional materials of Tuscan architecture with contemporary ideas and materials, creating environments rich in every comfort with high-level finishes and large spaces where you can spend moments of relaxation and discovery of the Tuscan lifestyle. Apartment Atena also offers an Italian garden that develops on two levels. The lower level coincides with the living room and kitchen entrance and has a barbecue and dining area for alfresco dining. On the upper level of the garden, a beautiful stone fountain is used as an outdoor cold tub (not heated, length 3.50 meters - width 1.40 meters - fixed height 80 cm - open from April to November) characterized by hydromassage jets and fountains. Deck chairs and sun beds are available. The garden is fenced.
The house has a double entrance, and it spreads over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area that offers a marvelous ancient stone fireplace, complete with side seats and a sofa in front. There is also a dining table with chairs and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, on the same level, you will find a bright living room featuring sofas and a Smart TV.
Also on the ground floor, there is the first of the two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with very high ceilings complete with a private bathroom with shower and wardrobe. From the living room, a beautiful stone staircase leads to the upper floor where you can find the second double bedroom complete with a private bathroom with shower and wardrobe. Opposite the staircase, there is a lovely mezzanine that can be used as a small living room study, or as a third double bed with a sofa bed. The upper floor is completed by a laundry room with a sink, washing machine/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Apartment Atena has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. A baby bed is available on request. Pets are not allowed.

Villa Garavaglia is a charming property just minutes from Cortona, offering stunning views over the Chiana Valley. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provides an ideal setting for a peaceful retreat.
The villa spans two levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there are two lounges with sofas and a TV, a dining area for four, and a larger dining room with a table for eight, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with another table for six. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
The first floor features four double bedrooms, each with a European king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The suite at the end of the corridor includes a sitting area, a study, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Hairdryers and travel-sized toiletries are provided in every bathroom, and an ironing kit is also available for guests.
The villa is set in a large private park with a swimming pool offering breathtaking views. The pool area has eight sun loungers, umbrellas, and a wrought-iron table for six under a pergola. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s an outdoor dining area with a table for eight. A stone path connects the two areas, enhancing the villa's charm.
