The villa's terraced layout provides direct garden access from both floors. The ground floor includes a spacious living area, a kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Upstairs, a double bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom open directly to the garden.
Outdoor spaces include a panoramic pool, a shaded gazebo, alfresco dining areas with a wood oven and barbecue, and a play area with a swing and ping pong table.
The fenced park is perfect for peaceful strolls among olive trees, offering an authentic Tuscan escape.
