Villa Certosa is a stunning 17th-century farmhouse, meticulously restored to its former glory. Nestled in a breathtaking and secluded hillside enclave, the villa is surrounded by 15 acres of terraced olive groves and flourishing fruit trees, including pears, plums, cherries, and apples.
A delightful 20-minute stroll along a quiet lane takes you to the vibrant town of Cortona, where you can explore charming shops, savor local cuisine at restaurants, and experience the lively atmosphere of the open-air market. The route meanders through enchanting woods of oak and chestnut trees, crossing a picturesque stream and passing a beautiful Renaissance church.
The main house accommodates up to eight guests with its four spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor), two of which can be configured as twin rooms. Three elegantly designed bathrooms ensure utmost convenience for everyone.
Each floor features a separate living room, complete with cozy fireplaces, allowing for ample privacy and comfort—ideal for larger groups.
The newly renovated, modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto an outdoor patio, complete with a traditional pizza oven and barbecue—perfect for memorable gatherings under the Tuscan sky.
