Villa Fonte Verde is a classic Tuscan farmhouse from the 700's and is about a 15-minute drive from the famous Etruscan town of Cortona. With its breathtaking views, modern spa, and spacious interior, this villa is stunning! The property, tucked in the Tuscan hillside and surrounded by olive groves, features a modern pool and large jacuzzi overlooking the Chiana valley with the most beautiful view of Cortona.
The villa has been renovated this year with all modern comforts and has a glass-walled addition featuring a spa room, including a sauna, hydromassage, and chromotherapy. Villa Fonte Verde has five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also features an original fireplace and a modern kitchen.
Outside, there is a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals while soaking in the beautiful views of Cortona and the valley.
There is an outdoor kitchen with a wood oven, grill, mini-fridge, and sink, perfect for an evening barbecue with a view! Spend time lounging by the pool with a glass of wine, dip into the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, explore the green gardens, and immerse yourself in Tuscany!

Living Room: with a sofa, an armchair, a small work area with a kitchen island featuring 3 stools, and a smart TV.
Dining Area: A table for 6, extendable to accommodate up to 10 people
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, kettle, oven, citrus juicer, fridge with freezer (including ice maker and crushed ice for cocktails), and a dishwasher.
1 Service Bathroom: Located near the kitchen, includes a washing machine and an additional drying machine.
1 Master bedroom: European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom that includes a shower. The room also has a door that opens directly to the garden.
Fireplace: located in the living room area.
First Floor
Landing Area: Accessible by spiral staircase and external steps, leading to three ensuite bedrooms.

Pergola: A wooden pergola located behind the house, featuring a 10-person wooden dining table, benches, chairs, a mini-fridge, sink, and a gas barbecue.
Spa Area: Includes 2 loungers, a hot tub (250x170cm), sauna, steam room, sensory shower, and an outdoor Jacuzzi (180x180cm). There’s also a changing room with a WC, sink, and shower.
