Ideal for families or small groups, the property accommodates up to eight guests and combines traditional charm with modern amenities.
The villa features four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms, all with showers. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and dining room, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a cozy living room with sofas, followed by a dining room with a fireplace and an extendable table for up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the heart of the home, while a double bedroom with a European king-size bed and en-suite bathroom completes this level.
The first floor offers a comfortable sitting room with Smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. This floor also hosts a double bedroom with a European king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a walk-in wardrobe, and its own en-suite bathroom. The second floor is dedicated to a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a private en-suite bathroom, providing added privacy.
Outdoors, the villa is surrounded by a 400 sqm private garden and features a swimming pool (4 × 8 m, depth 1.5 m) with Roman steps. Guests can relax on sun loungers or enjoy the shaded areas offered by the poolside gazebo and terrace pergola. The furnished terrace includes a dining table for twelve, outdoor sofas, and a barbecue, making it ideal for al fresco meals. A table tennis area adds to the outdoor enjoyment.
