Villa Garavaglia is a charming property just minutes from Cortona, offering stunning views over the Chiana Valley. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provides an ideal setting for a peaceful retreat.
The villa spans two levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there are two lounges with sofas and a TV, a dining area for four, and a larger dining room with a table for eight, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with another table for six. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
The first floor features four double bedrooms, each with a European king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The suite at the end of the corridor includes a sitting area, a study, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Hairdryers and travel-sized toiletries are provided in every bathroom, and an ironing kit is also available for guests.
The villa is set in a large private park with a swimming pool offering breathtaking views. The pool area has eight sun loungers, umbrellas, and a wrought-iron table for six under a pergola. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s an outdoor dining area with a table for eight. A stone path connects the two areas, enhancing the villa's charm.
