The property consists of two independent buildings: the main house and a nearby annex. In the main house, the ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious and inviting living room, a charming dining room ideal for gathering, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary creations. There is also an additional cozy sitting room that opens directly to the garden and pool, making it easy to enjoy the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. On the upper floor, four elegantly designed double bedrooms each come with a private ensuite bathroom, and one of these rooms offers access to an external terrace, where guests can take in serene views of the Tuscan hills.
The annex, just steps from the main house, provides additional privacy and comfort. Its ground floor includes a cozy living room, a double bedroom with a queen bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. The upper floor features an additional double bedroom with a queen bed and a luxurious bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. All bedrooms throughout the villa are equipped with queen-size beds, and a convenient laundry room with a washing machine is also available.
