Villa la Chiana is located in the picturesque Chiana Valley, just a short drive from Cortona, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It features a spacious living area and a dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
There are two double bedrooms, each furnished with standard European-size beds (160x190 cm), and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the other features a bathtub. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, and a welcome set of towels and toiletries is provided for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, microwave, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. A private parking area is available, accommodating up to four cars.
Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful seasonal swimming pool, complete with lounges and parasols. Pool towels are also provided for added convenience. Located within a short walk of a small local convenience store, the Fratticciola church, and a renowned winery and olive oil producer, the villa also offers easy access to nearby services. A five-minute drive brings guests to Fratta Santa Caterina village, where they will find cafés, bars, a bakery/pizzeria, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a butcher, a convenience store, a florist, a post office, and a nail/beauty salon.
The costs of electricity, heating, air conditioning, and final cleaning are all included in the rental price!
