One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, while the other three are situated on the first floor. A service bathroom, cozy living area with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen—including a Lavazza coffee machine for your daily espresso or cappuccino—complete the ground floor.
