Villa Il Castagno is a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the tranquil village of Ossaia, just a short drive from the historic town of Cortona.
Access to the villa is via a white road, adding to the peaceful and private atmosphere of the location.
The villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The third bedroom is located in the attic and is ideal for children. There is one bathroom on each level, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and last one in the attic.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, Americano coffee maker, microwave, washer, oven, fridge, and filtered coffee, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The villa also boasts a spacious outdoor area, with a beautifully curated garden surrounding the pool area. The refreshing swimming pool is complete with lounges and parasols for relaxing on sunny days, while the BBQ area offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining and gatherings.
