Above the charming wood oven, the year "1781" is elegantly engraved, hinting at the villa's rich history. Restored in 2001, Villa Nello is a beautifully revitalized residence nestled in the picturesque hillside near Cortona, the enchanting town featured in the book and film Under the Tuscan Sun.
As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious dining area. To the left, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, while to the right is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace. A staircase (15 steps) leads to the first floor. This level also features an independent entrance to a single bedroom, a laundry room adjacent to a bathroom, and convenient facilities for your stay.
On the first floor, a welcoming living room with a TV opens up to two bedrooms: one master bedroom (non-separable bed, 160x195 cm) and one twin bedroom (90x190 cm), along with a shared bathroom, all designed for comfort.
The second floor offers two additional master bedrooms, each with non-separable beds (160x195 cm), one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a bathroom located just outside. All bathrooms are equipped with showers.
For a refreshing escape, take a dip in the private swimming pool, surrounded by a meticulously curated garden filled with olive trees.
