The kitchen of the main, noble building is fully equipped with a professional-grade oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee maker, microwave, and more—perfect for preparing Tuscan feasts. Spacious living and dining rooms, spread over multiple levels, provide ample space for relaxation and hosting, featuring antique furnishings and refined décor that echo the villa’s noble heritage. Two additional kitchens, fully equipped with modern appliances, are also available to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for large groups of guests.

Villa Garavaglia is a charming property just minutes from Cortona, offering stunning views over the Chiana Valley. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provides an ideal setting for a peaceful retreat.
The villa spans two levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there are two lounges with sofas and a TV, a dining area for four, and a larger dining room with a table for eight, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with another table for six. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
The first floor features four double bedrooms, each with a European king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The suite at the end of the corridor includes a sitting area, a study, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Hairdryers and travel-sized toiletries are provided in every bathroom, and an ironing kit is also available for guests.
The villa is set in a large private park with a swimming pool offering breathtaking views. The pool area has eight sun loungers, umbrellas, and a wrought-iron table for six under a pergola. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s an outdoor dining area with a table for eight. A stone path connects the two areas, enhancing the villa's charm.
